employee who has stolen about £ 90,000 the Tories propose to make up the loss by cutting services to the City's most vulnerable citizens. The City Council website reveals that the 60 Councillors collected some £442,000 in allowances with travel expenses on top. Each Councillor gets a minimum of £3,616. It would have been nice if, as caring Conservatives, they had proposed that each Councillor gave up just £1500 each to make up the money. You have been warned.
