Marine Bill

Fylde Lib Dems have welcomed the Governments "Marine" Bill, but also have
criticised it for leaving too many options available for the decision of
Ministers whenever they might be motivated to take them, and also for a
parliamentary timetable that does not reflect the crisis affecting our seas.
It needs more teeth & urgency.
Recent news stories about cockle beds and the quality of water on our bathing beaches mean that concern for our marine environment won't go away.
