Neil Trafford - a sad loss

We have just learned that Manchester LD Councillor Neil Trafford died in a motorway crash on Sunday. He was just 33 years old. Neil was a massive part of the North West regional team, as well as being a truly great guy. We are all saddened and shaken by the news. His death is a great loss and we extend our sympathy to Neil's family, friends and colleagues.
