The Conservatives closed 3,500 Post Offices when in power !!

Whilst Conservatives locally are claiming victory in keeping Post Offices open they forget to mention that when they were in power they closed 3,500 - yes three thousand five hundred Post Offices closed by a Tory Government.
Whilst Labour have a worse record having closed another 4,000, the Tory figure is a shocking record when they claim to be the savours of the Post Office network. The closure programme by both governments has hit communities across the country. The last thing we want to see here is a loss the services provided by our local Post Offices.
"Neither the Tories nor Labour have any plan to safeguard the future of post office."
