Well done Nick Clegg

Liberal Democrat leader, Nick Clegg, recognised the damage done to politics by the recent focus on MPs expenses, even where there had been no legal wrongdoing. As previously reported on this site, he wrote to Gordon Brown & David Cameron urging that all three should urgently get together to look at the entire system of expenses. This proposal has now been agreed to.
