Neither Labour nor the Conservatives are up to the job

Labour run Lancashire County Council has gone from a 4 star to a 3 star council. Conservative run Fylde Borough only managed a 'Fair' rating and is the worst performing council in Lancashire.

So if neither Labour nor Conservative can sort things out in our Town Halls it really is time for a change - Make a difference - VOTE LIBERAL DEMOCRAT
