Beware - too good to be true

THIS IS A WELL-KNOWN RIP-OFF THAT HAS BEEN RUNNING FOR SOME YEARS.

An 85 yr old lady has recently received a personally addressed letter from an alleged "International Lottery Board S.L." giving a Spanish Telephone Number and claiming "Programme Spanish Government Approved." There is no address except "European Offices Lisbon & Madrid." It says she has won over two million Euros in a lottery that she didn't even know she had entered! She is asked to call "Euro Security and Finance Company" to confirm her claim. Fortunately she didn't. She gave it to a local Liberal Democrat instead. If you get anything like this either tear it up or forward to your local Trading Standards Office.
