Liberal Democrat wins in Kensington and Chelsea

Many many congratulations to Carol Caruana who won the Colville by-election for the Borough of Kensington & Chelsea which was unusually held on a Wednesday. Cllr. Caruana gained more votes than the Conservative and Labour candidates combined and is the first Liberal Democrat to win a seat in this most Conservative of Conservative strongholds.
